Why should you integrate your calendar?
Once integrated, Zencal will automatically add a link to the meeting (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams) and can retrieve your availability from your selected calendar.
To allow Zencal to see your availability, connect your calendar and toggle the switch next to the calendar you want it to use.
How do I connect my calendar to Zencal?
Go to the "Connected Calendars" panel and select the service you use:
- Google Calendar
- Outlook
- iCloud Calendar
Click “Add Account” and go through a quick sign-in process.
Good to Know
You connect Google and Outlook using your standard Google/Microsoft account login.
For iCloud, first generate an app-specific password, and then enter your iCloud email address and that password during setup.
Have you connected your Outlook calendar but still can’t create meetings in Microsoft Teams?
If you’ve connected your Outlook calendar to Zencal but still can’t add Microsoft Teams as a tool for generating meeting links for clients, please note the following:
To schedule meetings in Microsoft Teams through Zencal, you must have one of the following paid Microsoft licenses:
- Microsoft 365 Business Basic
- Microsoft 365 Business Standard
- Microsoft 365 Business Premium
Without one of these licenses, the Microsoft Teams integration will not work properly.

Meeting links are still not being generated; check to make sure you’ve selected a calendar.
When integrating a calendar, remember to always select the calendar to which you want to add meetings. If you don’t do this, the links won’t be created, and the appointment won’t be added to your calendar. You can do this below this message in Zencal: ➡️ Add to Calendar : Select the calendar to which you want to add appointments scheduled through Zencal
What are the benefits?
- A link to the meeting is created automatically—no need to manually set up Meet or Teams.
- Clients see only available time slots—Zencal won’t let them schedule a meeting when you already have something on your calendar (including private events, if they block your availability).
- Fewer messages, faster scheduling—one page, one time slot, done.
