Step 5: Analysis of Financial Data

The Reports module lets you analyze statistics on events, organizers, and revenue. Using filters, you can view results for a selected time period or event status and monitor the effectiveness of your work.

Reports help you track the growth of your business and make data-driven decisions. With them, you can:

  • analyze the number of events held,
  • compare the proportion of free and paid events,
  • monitor employee activity,
  • track revenue from paid bookings,
  • analyze performance metrics (in the Enterprise plan), such as the number of no-shows, average lateness, and meeting costs.

Filters

At the top of the page, there are filters that allow you to narrow down the displayed data:

  • Meeting status—select which meetings to include in reports (e.g., Confirmed).
  • Time Range—quickly select a period, such as the last 30 days, 3 months, or 12 months.
  • Date Range—the option to specify your own time period.

1. Meeting Chart

The chart shows the number of meetings over time.

The data is divided into:

  • Free meetings
  • Paid meetings

This allows you to observe:

  • seasonal trends in bookings,
  • increases or decreases in the number of appointments,
  • the ratio of paid to free appointments.

2. Top 10 Organizers

This report shows the organizers with the highest number of completed meetings.

For each organizer, the report displays a breakdown into:

  • free events,
  • paid events.

When you hover your cursor over a bar, you’ll see the exact number of meetings assigned to that organizer.

The report is particularly useful for teams, as it allows them to compare the activity of individual members.

3. Revenue

The report shows the total amount of completed payments for paid meetings during the selected time period.

Using the chart, you can track:

  • changes in revenue over time,
  • seasonal sales patterns,
  • the effectiveness of paid services.

The report includes only completed (paid) transactions for paid sessions.
