Do you want to sell appointments on Zencal? The first step is to add your terms of service and privacy policy—this builds trust, simplifies payment gateway verification, and allows you to conduct sales securely.
Why should you add terms of service and a privacy policy?
- You protect your interests (clear rules for both you and the customer).
- You facilitate successful verification by the payment gateway.
- This is necessary for sales—the customer accepts your documents (not Zencal’s Terms of Service).
Where do you add the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy?
- Go to the Branding panel.
- Go to the Analytics and Legal Matters section.
- Upload the files: Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
From that point on, a checkbox will appear in key locations (e.g., in meeting topics, events, and packages), allowing the customer to accept the documents before booking.
Important—add files, not links! Unlike other systems, in Zencal you must upload the documents directly in PDF format. The system does not support external links (URLs) in this section.
By uploading ready-made PDF files, the documents will be permanently attached to the booking form, and your customers will be guaranteed consistent and secure access to their content before finalizing their booking.
